We install IKO laminated architectural shingles in two lines: Cambridge and Nordic.
Cambridge is IKO's architectural shingle, with a dimensional look and a full range of blended colors. It carries IKO's limited lifetime warranty with a 10-year Iron Clad (non-prorated) protection period.
Nordic is IKO's top performance shingle. It's made with polymer-modified asphalt, a reinforced ArmourZone nailing band, and 130 mph wind coverage, and it carries a Class 4 impact rating, the highest rating available against hail. Some insurance companies offer discounts for Class 4 roofs. Nordic carries IKO's limited lifetime warranty with a 15-year Iron Clad protection period.

That is why we tear off to the deck, replace anything soft, and rebuild the details: ice barrier at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment across the field, new drip edge, and new step and counterflashing at every wall and chimney.
Ventilation gets balanced at the same time. Intake at the soffits, exhaust at the ridge — so the attic stays cold, the shingles reach their rated life, and ice dams stop forming at the same spot every winter.
